NYU’s Grey Art Gallery and the King Juan Carlos I of Spain Center (KJCC) are proud to partner with Visual AIDS for Day With(out) Art 2023 by presenting Everyone I Know Is Sick, a program of five videos generating connections between HIV and other forms of illness and disability.

The program features newly commissioned work by Dorothy Cheung (Hong Kong), Hiura Fernandes & Lili Nascimento  (Brazil), Beau Gomez (Canada/Philippines), Dolissa Medina & Ananias P. Soria (USA), and Kurt Weston (USA).

NYU’s Grey Art Museum with Inaugural Exhibition, ‘Americans in Paris: Artists Working in Postwar France, 1946-1962’

After nearly a half century on Washington Square, the Grey Art Gallery, New York University’s fine arts museum, will reopen in a purpose-designed, larger, and more visible space at 18 Cooper Square in lower Manhattan on Friday, March 2, 2024. With this transformational move, the Grey will be renamed the Grey Art Museum. The inaugural exhibition will be ‘Americans in Paris: Artists Working in Postwar France, 1946-1962‘ and will be on view from March 2 to July 20, 2024, along with a plethora of public programming.

‘Mostly New: Selections from the NYU Art Collection’ on view at Grey Art Gallery

Currently on view at Grey Art Gallery at NYU, ‘Mostly New: Selections from the NYU Art Collection‘. The exhibition presents modern and contemporary artworks, the majority of which have entered the New York University Art Collection over the last decade. This exhibition will be on view to June 28, 2023.
