Femme Nation opening at Taller Boricua

Taller Boricua Gallery is celebrating Mother’s Day with the opening of the exhibit Femme Nation, exploring themes of femininity, sexuality and motherhood through the lens of photography. The exhibit, which is curated by L.C. Stephenberg, will include artist photographers Lizzy Alejandro, Sandra Ayala, and Maria Estevez.

Femme Nation will open on May 18, and be on view through June 30, 2017. A Panel Discussion will be held on Saturday, June 17 at 3 pm. Taller Boricua Gallery is located at 1680 Lexington Avenue, between 106-105th Streets. Free and open to the Public.
