Reimagining favorite places in New York has been brought to a new level, with the Spanish artist and architect, Dionisio Gonzalez’s solo exhibit at Galerie Richard New York.  The exhibit features ‘Dialectic Landscape’ and ‘Thinking Central Park,‘ two series of works that draw from imagination, with unexpected, thoughtful, and whimsical photographic manipulation. The Dialectic Landscape is a series of six small black and white images, each with a specific focus. Thinking Central Park presents a fantasy of four refuges. The image below conjures up, and is titled, “Lady Gaga’s Belvedere” on Central Park Lake.

The exhibit, Dionisio Gonzalez: Dialectical Landscape – Thinking Central Park will be on view to August 27, 2017 at Galerie Richard, located at 121 Orchard Street, New York.
