Archtober, the fabulous month-long celebration of New York City’s architecture and design, is back! Check out the calendar of events, tours, lectures, films and exhibitions ~ including several partners who will be hosting programs digitally, allowing visitors from everywhere to participate in this annual event. From October 1st to October 31st, be sure to register online.
Archtober 2021 kicks-off with the reopening of the Center for Architecture, and two tours of Little Island on October 1st. Below are just a few tours that caught our eye.

Friday, October 1st, Little Island is the Building of the Day, with the first of two Tours leaving at 11am and the second Tour at 12:30pm.

Monday, October 4th at Tammany Hall, 44 Union Square, NYC.

Thursday, October 7th at Amant, arts campus and cultural incubator that functions both privately and publicly, with artist studios, galleries, offices, storage and a cafe. It is located on three blocks in North Brooklyn.

Wednesday, October 13th, Building of the Day is the NYBG Edible Academy! This is a year-round teaching center focusing on the fundamental relationships between plants, gardening, sustainability, cooking, nutrition and health.

Saturday, October 23, Explore SoHo’s historic cast iron buildings at Center for Architecture, 536 LaGuardia Place.

Thursday, October 28th, designed by Robert A.M. Stern, The Africa Center museum and cultural institute in East Harlem.
