This year, the 47th Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House NYC will be located at 36-38 East 74th Street.
The townhouse, which is currently on the market for $30,000,000, is located on 74thStreet and is comprised of six sprawling levels with a stunning circular staircase along with an elevator connecting each floor, including the basement. The Show House doubles as the nation’s leading design event of the year and Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s top fundraiser. The gorgeous residence will be open to the public for one month beginning May 2, 2019. The event will be preceded by the much-anticipated Kips Bay President’s Dinner, which will take place on Monday, April 1st at Cipriani 42nd Street.
