DOT Arts is seeking temporary, site-responsive art proposals in all five boroughs. The Manhattan site is right here in Harlem, located on 116th Street at the intersection of Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd and St. Nicholas Avenue. This installation is a partnership between DOT Art and Marcus Garvey Park Alliance/Public Art Initiative.
