Just added to the post, East 125th Street ~ A Work in Progress?
it appears that The Hip Hop Hall of Fame has found its site & it will be East 125th Street, on the corner of Madison Avenue.
The developers are proposing a 20-story, 140,000 square-foot building that will include the Hall of Fame, TV studio, museum, gift shop, upscale hotel, residential apartments, retail, arcade, sports bar, restaurant and lounge.
