Hurst House: A Forgotten Relic of Uptown’s Gilded Age ~ a YouTube Tour given by Inwood Art Works on Wednesday, October 14th

Inwood Art Works invites the public to explore the Hurst House: A Forgotten Relic of Uptown’s Gilded Age on Facebook/YouTube channels, Wednesday, October 14th at 7:00pm.

The video ten-minute video recounts the history of the former home of Irish architect, James O’Connor who constructed this home in 1912, and William H. Hurst, President of the New York Stock Telegraph Company, who ~ with his wife Minnie, had thirteen children.

Hurst House is located on West 215th Street and Park Terrace East in the Inwood section of northern Manhattan. Enjoy the virtual tour.
