The 9th Annual Mount Morris Park Community Improvement Association Halloween Extravaganza will take place this Sunday, October 28th.
It’s a family-friendly event with costume contest categories that include Babies ~ Children ~ and Adults. (No Dogs?)
The Event will take place at the 123rd Street Community Garden at 112 West 123rd Street.
