Save the Dates for Nutritional Workshops and Food Demonstration by Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care in East Harlem.
Come and learn new healthy recipes and sample delicious meals! Everyone is welcome. Learn what you can do to help keep cancer and other chronic diseases away through healthy food. These classes provide nutritional counseling, healthy eating tips and healthy recipes ~ like the watermelon, berry and mint salad featured above.
