Calling all parents & kids ~ are you curious about Harlem & El Barrio Schools? Here’s your chance to learn ~ take the Harlem + El Barrio School Stroll. You’ll visit seven local schools including A. Philip Randolph; Hugo Newman College Prep; Young Diplomats Magnet Academy; Joseph Lanzetta; Renaissance School of the Arts; School of Authors; and The Locke School of Arts and Engineering. Can’t do a stroll? Not a problem ~ free shuttle bus service is available.
The Event will take place on Saturday, June 15th from 9am to 3pm beginning at The Locke School Yard, 20 West 112th Street (enter on 111th Street between 5th Avenue and Malcolm X Blvd.)
After your tour ~ the after-party in the Locke School Yard ~ Noon to 3pm ~ where you’ll find lots of fun activities for kids including bouncy houses, games, face painting, performances and food.
