Three on 3 Music Present a Saturday to Remember ~ February 13th

What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Weekend and Black History Month than with the music of the 5th Annual Negro Spiritual Symposium.

Three on 3 Music Series was created to bring live music to the Mount Morris Historic District, and the surrounding Harlem community. When they are not inhibited by COVID-19, the music flows from the beautiful Mount Morris Ascension Presbtyterian Church, overlooking Marcus Garvey Park.

Three on 3 Music has hosted soloists and ensembles who perform jazz, classical, Latin, gospel and popular music, and has not been funded by grants, but by personal funds, as well as donations from neighbors and friends.

“Each generation must sing its song but if we are to sing with power and purpose we must know the songs of our ancestors and embrace the spirit of their songs.” ~ Rev. Otis Moss, Jr. Retired Pastor, Olivet Institutional Baptist Church, Cleveland, Ohio.

Let’s keep the music playing at Three on 3 Go Fund Me, or by mail at: Three on 3, 365 West 120th Street, New York, NY 10027. Follow Three on 3 Music on Facebook.

While you’re there, check to see what’s on view at Living With Art Salon, less than two blocks away. Take a Jazz Tour with Welcome to Harlem ~ with one of the tours (my favorite) just a few townhouses away!

Don’t get lost, get a Harlem Map.
