In East Harlem, more than 47% of children live below the poverty line. The holidays, in particular, can be a difficult time for these kids, and Union Settlement tries to make the holidays brighter for hundreds of them.
In 2017 Union Settlement received over 1,500 gifts from supporters to distribute to the children in their programs. The goal for 2018 is to increase gift donations to ensure each child receives a gift from us. Would you be willing to participate in our gift drive this year?
