
The annual Spring Auctions benefiting the historic Salmagundi Club will take place on Friday, March 22nd and Friday, March 29th. You can view the artwork now, or start bidding online, Here.

The Spring Auctions are a major fundraising event for the historic non-profit organization, with monies raised funding the maintenance and operation of the organization’s landmark building.

The Salmagundi Club is located at 47 Fifth Avenue, between 11th-12th Streets. The Spring Auctions will be held on March 22nd and 29th at 8pm. Auctioneer for both evenings, Del-Bourree Bach. The paintings will be on view at the Reception, Thursday, March 14th from 6-9pm, along with music by The Bob Trien Trio.
The Gallery is open Monday ~ Friday from 1pm to 6pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm ~ 5pm. Free and Open to the Public.

Auction attendees are welcome to dine in the Club Dining Room, which opens at 5:30pm ~ call for a reservation, 212-255-7740.

Also of interest at the Salmagundi Club, A Greenwich Village Legacy: The Anniversary of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire of 1911 co-sponsored by the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, on March 25th in the Lower Gallery; and a beautiful exhibition of selected works from the Club’s collection, entitled The Golden Age of Salmagundi, exhibited or created during the Golden Age, on view to March 29th (Lower Gallery).
