This year, Chinese New Year ~ The Year of the Rabbit ~ falls on Sunday, January 22nd, with the celebrations lasting before and after. Even though we are firmly in Winter, this Holiday is also known as the Spring Festival, and is the longest Chinese Holiday, with celebrations up to 16 days.
