The 93rd Annual Feast of San Gennaro will take place from Thursday, September 12 to Sunday, September 22nd. The feast, which celebrates the life of San Gennaro of Naples, has named Steven Schirripa as this year’s Grand Marshall.
The 11-day celebration is free and open to the public, and runs along Mulberry Street, between Canal Street (on south) and Houston Street (on north) and from east to west on Grand Street, between Mott and Baxter Street, east to west on Hester Street, between Mott and Baxter Streets.
There are a lot of events and activities during the 11-day festival ~ here are just a few highlights ~ Beginning on September 12th, the Blessing of the Stands will take place from 6-7pm. The 22nd Annual Cannoli Eating Contest will take place on September 13th from 2-4pm on the Stage at Grand and Mott Streets.
The Grand Procession with the statue of San Gennaro will take place on September 14th from 2-4pm. Ahhhh ~ September 16th is the Annual Enrico Caruso Opera Night, 7pm.

The 1st Annual Zeppole Eating Competition will take place on September 18th from 1-3pm! Solemn High Mass Celebrating the patron Saint of Naples will take place on September 19th from 6-8pm at the Shrine Church of the Most Precious Blood, with procession with Statue of San Gennaro.

The 3rd Annual Meatball Eating Contest will take place on September 21st from 1-3pm, along with a vocal competition at 2pm
