The Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation to host ‘Marcel Duchamp in the Village ~ 50 Years Later’ on October 25th

Serkan Ozkaya: We Will Wait explores a secret body of work by Marcel Duchamp hidden in his studio at 80 East 11th Street, Suite 403.  This recreation/installation will be on view from October 21 to November 25, 2017 at Postmasters Gallery, 54 Franklin Street, NYC.  Read more about Duchamp’s fascinating final art piece, Etant donnes on

Marcel Duchamp in the Village ~ 50 Years Later  ~ Artist Serkan Ozkaya in conversation with Poet Robert Fitterman, will delve into Duchamp’s final work, including Ozkaya and Fitterman’s recently curated collection of works from twenty-six artists and writers responding to this enigmatic final work in the installation, Serkan Ozkaya: We Will Wait. The talk will be hosted by The Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, and held on Wednesday, October 25 from 6-8pm at Chess Forum. Space is limited. This is a Free Event.
