The annual Thumb Box Exhibition and Sale at the Salmagundi Club in Greenwich Village is one of the most anticipated exhibitions of the year, with over 500 works of art in all media, held in two galleries. With prices beginning in the $100’s, it is also an opportunity to purchase a one-of-a-kind holiday gift.

Each small piece is an original work of art. The exhibition will continue to add work to the walls, as each piece sells ~ so be sure to stop by often during the month-long exhibit.

We were delighted to see small clusters of work by some of our favorite artists. Above and below are just a sample of the two-floor exhibition.

Expect to see artwork by some of your favorite artists including Richard Lithgow, Mireille Duchesne, Bill Creevy, Carole Teller, Anthony Almeida, Serena Bates, Del-Bouree-Bach, Jeffrey Friedkin, Karen Loew and many more.

The Thumb-Box Exhibition and Sale, a true feast of small art works for the holidays, will be on view from December 2, 2019 through January 1, 2020, with Reception and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, December 12th from 6:30-8:30pm in the Upper and Lower Gallery at The Salmagundi Club, 47 Fifth Avenue, between 11th/12th Streets in Greenwich Village.

In addition to this much anticipated exhibition, the Salmagundi Club Holiday Thumb-Box Brunch will be held on Sunday, December 8th from 11am to 2pm, and is open to the public, with reservations.
